Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy describes how Point Dynamics, LLC d/b/a nexTalker ("nexTalker", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects your personal information when you use our services.
1. Information We Collect
We collect the following types of information:
1.1 Account Information
When you create an account, we collect information such as: - Your name and email address - Business contact information - Account credentials - Payment information (processed securely through our payment providers)
1.2 Communication Data
We collect and process: - Voice call recordings and transcripts - SMS messages and chat histories - AI-generated conversation analysis and insights - Usage statistics and metrics
1.3 Chrome Extension
The nexTalker Chrome extension uses your existing nexTalker sign-in and workspace permissions. When you right-click a phone number, it inspects nearby text to identify that number. When you open the extension popup, it reads the text you have selected on the active webpage and displays a preview. These checks take place locally in your browser. Password fields are excluded.
After you choose an extension action, the selected phone number or text is passed to nexTalker to open a dialer, message composer, contact form, or review panel. Selected contact text may be processed through OpenRouter and its AI providers to extract the name and company. Calls, messages, and contact saves require your confirmation in nexTalker. The extension does not automatically send selected text to nexTalker when you open its popup, and it does not collect your browsing history or complete webpages.
With number marking on (the default), the extension finds phone numbers on the pages you view and shows a call button beside them. This happens entirely in your browser; no page content is sent until you click a button. When you are signed in, the extension asks nexTalker which of your contacts hold the numbers on the page so it can show their names; only the phone numbers are sent for this. You can turn marking off for any site, or everywhere, in the extension's settings.
To understand which features are used, the extension sends nexTalker simple usage counts for your workspace: which action was chosen (call, text, contact, clipboard), the host name of the website it was used on (for example example.com, never the page address), how many numbers were marked or looked up, and the extension version. These counts are visible to your workspace administrators and are not used for advertising.
Source attribution is off by default. If you turn it on in the extension's settings, the title and address of the webpage you started an action from are attached to that call and added as a note to a contact you create, so your team can see where a lead came from. No webpage addresses are collected otherwise.
When you choose Process clipboard, the extension reads the text or image you copied, after requesting optional clipboard access. You can also explicitly paste text or an image into its clipboard section. Clipboard content is not read when the popup opens. Copied contact text and screenshots are sent to nexTalker and may be processed by OpenRouter and its AI providers to extract contact details. Images are resized locally, kept only in temporary browser session drafts, and are not stored by nexTalker. Review the extracted details before calling, sending a message, or saving a contact.
Pending contact selections are limited to 6,000 characters each and stored temporarily in the extension's browser session storage. They expire after ten minutes and are cleared when the browser session ends. Contacts you save are retained under the service's normal data retention practices. We use this information to provide the actions you request, not for advertising or sale to data brokers.
The nexTalker Chrome extension's use and transfer of user data adheres to the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

3.2 Integrations you connect
If you connect a third-party system to your workspace, such as a CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce), a calendar (Google Calendar, Microsoft 365), or an operations or e-commerce platform, we exchange data with that system on your instruction and only as needed for the integration you set up. You can disconnect these integrations at any time.
3.3 Within your workspace
Call recordings, transcripts, messages, contacts, and related data are visible to other members of your organization's workspace according to the roles your administrators assign.
3.4 Legal and safety
We may disclose information when required by law, subpoena, or court order; to protect the rights, safety, or property of nexTalker, our customers, or others; or to enforce our terms of service.
3.5 Business transfers
If nexTalker is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you before your information becomes subject to a different privacy policy.
We do not transfer or disclose your information to third parties for purposes other than those described in this policy.
4. Calendar Connections and Google User Data
Members of your workspace can connect a Google Calendar or Microsoft 365 calendar so that nexTalker booking pages only offer times when they are free. This section describes exactly what we do with that calendar data. For Google accounts, it is also our disclosure under the Google API Services User Data Policy.
4.1 What we access
- Free/busy information: the start and end times of the periods when your primary calendar is busy, for the date range a booking page is displaying. This access does not give us event titles, descriptions, attendees, or locations.
- Your account email address, so your settings page can show which account is connected.
- If you additionally turn on "Add booked calls", permission to create events on your primary calendar. We use it only to add an event for each meeting booked through your nexTalker booking page, to request a Google Meet link for that event when the booking page is set up for video meetings, and to remove that same event if the booking is canceled. We do not read, change, or delete any other events on your calendar.
4.2 How we use it
Busy intervals are used only to decide which booking slots to hide. They are held in a short-lived server cache (about one minute) and then discarded; we do not keep a copy of your calendar. The identifier of each event we create, and any Google Meet link returned for it, are stored on the corresponding booking record so we can show the join link and remove the event if the booking is canceled.
4.3 How we store it
The OAuth access and refresh tokens for your calendar are stored in our database and used only by our servers to make the requests described above. They are never sent to your browser, to other workspace members, or to any third party. Our hosting and database providers (Section 3.1) store this data on our behalf solely to operate the service.
4.4 With whom we share it
We do not share, transfer, or disclose Google user data obtained through the Google Calendar API with anyone, except (a) to Google itself in the course of making the API requests you authorized, (b) to our hosting and database providers as described in Section 4.3, and (c) where required by law as described in Section 3.4. In particular, calendar data is never sent to any AI or machine-learning service, including the language-model providers described in Section 5, and it is never used for advertising, sold, or provided to data brokers.
4.5 Limited Use and AI/ML models
nexTalker's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
The use of raw or derived user data received from Workspace APIs will adhere to the Google User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not use Google Workspace user data, whether raw, aggregated, anonymized, or derived, to develop, improve, or train generalized or non-personalized AI and/or machine-learning models, and we do not transfer it to any third party for that purpose.
4.6 Keeping or removing access
You can disconnect a calendar at any time from your nexTalker settings, which deletes the stored tokens immediately. You can also revoke nexTalker's access from your Google Account permissions page. Your calendar connection is also deleted, and we ask Google to revoke our access, when you are removed from a workspace or the workspace is deleted. Events we previously created on your calendar remain yours and are not affected by disconnecting.
5. AI Features and Model Training
nexTalker uses large language models to run AI phone and chat agents, draft messages, summarize conversations, and generate insights. These requests are sent through OpenRouter, an AI model gateway, to model providers that currently include OpenAI and Google. The data sent is limited to what the feature needs: for example the live transcript of a call the AI agent is handling, the text of an SMS or chat thread, or the contact and deal fields relevant to a summary.
We do not use your data to train our own AI models. Our AI providers act as service providers that process data only to return a response to us. Calendar data obtained through Google or Microsoft APIs is never included in these requests (Section 4.4).
6. Cookies and Similar Technologies
We use cookies solely for essential platform functionality, such as: - Maintaining your authenticated session - Remembering your preferences - Ensuring secure access to your account
We do not use advertising cookies or tracking cookies. The cookies we use are strictly necessary for providing our service and maintaining security.
7. Data Retention
We retain your data for the duration of your active subscription. You can export your data at any time through our platform's export features. After account termination, we may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.
8. Your Rights
You have the right to: - Access your personal data - Export your data - Request corrections to your data - Delete your account and associated data - Opt-out of non-essential communications
9. Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security but strive to protect your information using industry best practices.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes through our service or via email. Your continued use of the service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
