How much does the app cost?
The app is free to download for iPhone and iPad. It signs in with your nexTalker account, and calling and texting use your organization’s nexTalker phone numbers.
Can I create an account in the app?
Accounts are created by your organization’s administrator in nexTalker on the web. Once you are invited, sign in on your phone with the same email. New to nexTalker? Book a demo and we’ll set your team up.
Will business calls ring when the app is closed?
Yes. After you sign in and allow notifications and the microphone, calls ring like regular phone calls even when the app is closed or the phone is locked. Do Not Disturb in the app and iOS Focus are respected.
Is there an Android app?
Not yet. The app is available for iPhone and iPad on the App Store today, and nexTalker on the web works on any computer.
