Email campaigns

Email campaigns that hand real interest to a person.

Build the audience from the customer records your team already keeps, write the email in a rich-text composer, and watch results arrive. When someone opens or clicks, a Journey can text them, create a call task for their owner, or start an AI follow-up.

Engagement becomes work

A Journey takes the click

An audience from your CRM, not a separate list

Choose a saved segment built from contact fields, tags, lifecycle stage, deal activity and email engagement, such as people who clicked in the last 30 days or never opened. Or hand-pick a static list for the group you have in mind. The same segments drive Journeys, so marketing and follow-up read the same customer data.

  • Saved segments with engagement filters: opened, clicked, or no engagement in a period.
  • Static lists for hand-picked recipients.
  • Opt-outs and subscription types applied automatically at send time.

Write once, send well

Compose in rich text with templates, send a test to yourself, and schedule for later. Every campaign carries a compliance footer with your business address and a preference link, and sends from a verified shared or personal address your team already uses for one-to-one email.

Find the better subject line

Test two subject lines on a sample of the audience, wait for the opens to come in, and send the winner to everyone else. After the campaign, resend to the people who never opened with a new subject line, without touching those who did.

  • Subject-line A/B test with a sample size and decision window you set.
  • Resend to non-openers after a wait, as a linked follow-up campaign.
  • Results for each variant and each resend on the same page.

Results your sales team can act on

Each campaign has a results page with sent, delivered, opened, clicked, bounced, complained and unsubscribed counts and rates, plus a recipient table you can filter by status and open straight to the contact. The campaign list shows open rate inline so you can compare sends at a glance.

Let recipients choose what they hear from you

Instead of one unsubscribe that stops everything, recipients manage subscription types on a hosted preference page, such as promotions versus account updates. Each campaign and Journey email belongs to a type, and one-click unsubscribe still means stop everything. Global suppression and bounce handling are built in.

Engagement becomes a next step

Pick a Journey on the campaign and choose whether an open or a click starts it. The Journey can create a dialer task for the contact’s owner, send a text, offer a booking link, or let an AI agent follow up by text or email. Hand-offs are counted on the results page so you can see which campaigns produced conversations.

Practical questions

Can we send SMS campaigns too?

Yes. Campaigns can go out by email or SMS to the same segments and lists. Text campaigns follow your consent rules and quiet hours, and replies arrive in the same message threads your team already works from.

Do we need a separate email sending tool?

No. Sending domains are verified in Settings and campaigns send from the shared or personal addresses your team already uses. Delivery, bounces and complaints are tracked in NexTalker.

How do unsubscribes and preferences work?

Every campaign email includes a manage-preferences link and supports one-click unsubscribe. Recipients can opt out of a subscription type or everything. Campaign and Journey sends skip anyone who has opted out of that type.
