Meetings and booking pages

Give customers a time, not a game of phone tag.

Every teammate gets a booking page. Share the link in a text, an email or a Journey, embed it on your website, or book for a customer from their contact record. The meeting lands on the contact’s timeline with the answers they gave and the work that follows.

Answers, task, and reports

A booking page for every person and every team

Each person sets their own hours, meeting kinds and location. A team page rotates bookings across the people who are available, so a prospect never waits on one calendar. Each kind of meeting can be a phone call, a Google Meet link created for the booking, or a rep’s own video room on Zoom, Teams or Meet.

  • Kinds of meeting with their own length, buffer time and location.
  • Team pages that rotate bookings across available teammates.
  • Visitor time zone detection, with the confirmed time shown in both zones.

Only offer times that are actually free

Working hours, time off and date overrides shape the calendar. With a Google Calendar connected, busy time from the rep’s calendar is removed from the offered slots, and buffer time keeps meetings from stacking. Adding the booked meeting to the rep’s calendar is an opt-in setting where the calendar connection allows it.

Confirmations, reminders and changes without your team

The customer gets a confirmation with a calendar file and the meeting link, then reminders before the time. They can reschedule or cancel from the same link. Cancellations stay on the record so your team can see what was planned and what changed.

Ask the questions that make the meeting useful

Add custom questions to the booking form and save the answers to contact fields when they belong there. The booking appears on the contact’s Meetings card, creates a task for the rep, and shows up in dashboard reports alongside calls and completed work.

  • Custom questions on the form, optionally mapped to contact fields.
  • A Meetings card and count on every contact record.
  • Meetings reports in dashboards next to calls and work.

Put the link where the conversation already is

Journeys and message templates can include the rep’s booking link, so a follow-up text or email offers a time instead of asking for one. A booking or cancellation is also a Journey event, which lets you confirm by text, create prep work, or stop a sequence that was chasing a reply. Embed the page on your website, or book for a contact directly from their record when you are already on the phone.

Pair booking pages with lead routing so a new lead gets an owner, a deadline and a link to pick a time.

Practical questions

Which calendars does it check?

Google Calendar is supported for busy time today. Each person connects their own calendar from Settings. If your team uses another calendar system, bring it to the demo so we can review the options.

Can we use Zoom or Microsoft Teams?

Yes. A meeting kind can use the rep’s own video room link from Zoom, Teams or Google Meet, and the confirmation wording follows the link. With Google connected, a fresh Google Meet link can be created for each booking instead.

What does the customer see?

A booking page with your branding, the meeting kinds you offer, available times in their own time zone, and a short form. After booking they receive a confirmation, reminders, and a link to reschedule or cancel.
