Chrome extension
Work from the websites you already use.
Install the extension and every phone number on a page gets a call button. Open the side panel to keep the dialer, the contact behind the number and your task list beside whatever you are looking at. Nothing is called, sent or saved until you confirm it in nexTalker.
- Call from any page
- Side panel dialer
- Capture contacts

Numbers on the page become calls
Phone numbers on a webpage get a small call button. Click to open the dialer with the number filled in, or hover for Text. When the number belongs to one of your contacts, the button shows their name. Right-click any number to call or text it. Turn detection off for a site, or everywhere, from the extension’s settings.
- Call button and text option on detected numbers.
- Contact names shown when the number is already in your CRM.
- Right-click menu to call, text, or find the contact.
The side panel keeps nexTalker beside the page
The side panel docks the dialer on top, with the contact behind the current number, their deal, text conversation and recent activity below it, and your own Work list one tap away. Incoming calls ring in the panel while it is open, so you can take a call without leaving the CRM, directory or listing you were reading.

Capture contacts without retyping
Select a name, number and email on any page and choose Find or add contact to look up an existing record or open a prepared contact form. Send to nexTalker interprets whatever you selected and offers the right call or contact actions. Process clipboard reads copied text or a contact screenshot the same way.
- Find or add a contact from selected text.
- Interpret a signature block, a listing or a screenshot.
- Review the prepared contact before it is saved.
Built to be trusted on your team’s screens
Numbers are found by your browser alone; nothing about the page is sent until you choose an action. When you are signed in, detected numbers are checked against your contacts only to show the name. Password fields, editable areas, sign-in pages and financial sites are skipped by default. Recording the page a call or contact started from is off unless you turn it on. The extension never collects browsing history or full pages.

Part of the same customer workspace
Calls placed from the extension are real call records with dispositions and notes, texts land in the same threads, and new contacts can be routed like any other lead. The extension reuses your existing nexTalker sign-in and tab, and administrators can see which features the team actually uses.
New contacts captured from a page can get an owner and a deadline through lead routing.

Practical questions
Does the extension need a nexTalker account?
Yes. The extension is free to install and signs in with your existing nexTalker account. Calling and texting require telephony to be set up for your workspace.
What information does it send?
Selected text, clipboard content or a screenshot is sent only when you choose an action on it. Detected numbers are sent only to show which contacts they belong to while you are signed in. Usage counts record the action and the website’s host name, never a page address.
Can we turn number detection off on certain sites?
Yes. Detection can be switched off per site or everywhere from the extension’s settings, and it is already skipped on sign-in pages, financial sites and anywhere you are typing.
